How can I apply for an apartment?
In person or on our web site - just choose your floor plan and click 'Apply'! It's that easy!
What if I’m not ready to apply? What other options are there?
You can leave us you're contact information and we'll stay in touch - always keeping you up to date on our latest deals and incentives so when you're ready to apply, you have all the information you need!
What do you look for in the application?
We check your credit, rental and criminal history. We also require that your income is at least 2.5 times the rent.
Is there any specific advice you can give to a first-time renter?
Take your time and check out a few different locations. Never feel pressured to choose a place. Choosing a home is a big decision and we want to make sure you love where you live!
How can I check availability for furnished apartments?

Does it cost anything to take a tour?
Nope, just come on down! You can set up an appointment in advance or just walk in at your convenience.
Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
You're welcome to come in or make an appointment.
Does this community offer a bonus if I was referred by one of my friends?
Yes, we have a $250 referred program.
Can I get a price reduction if I sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance?
Longer leases tend to be less expensive, but pricing changes daily. We only accept up to one month paid in advance, we do not allow you to prepay your entire lease.
What is the renters’ insurance policy?
There is a mandatory $100,000 liability renter insurance.
How accessible is the management at the local office?
Very accessible, come on by anytime during our office hours and we'd be happy to help!
What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?
100% turn, clean, maintenance, etc.
What’s the noise level like?
Quiet hours start at 10pm, before that noise levels can vary, but are generally still negligble. If it gets too loud, please notify us and we will address the situation.
What’s the parking situation?
Several covered and open parking spots for you and your guest.
Where are the washer and dryer/hookups?
All our apartment homes come with washer and dryer.
Where do residents shop?
There are several nearby shopping plazas to suit all of your needs. From groceries to household goods and fashion, our location has you covered!
Am I allowed to decorate the apartment without penalty?
Feel free to decorate your home as you see fit! However, your apartment will need to be restored to its original state when moving out.
How are maintenance issues handled?
Maintenance requests can be submitted online in your resident portal or via the phone. Emergencies will be handled right away and non-emergencies within 24-48 hours.
Are there any monthly fees?
Monthly Pet rent of $35.00 per pet. Utilities can vary month to month depending on usage.
What are the policies about guests and listing on Airbnb?
Guests are allowed for a period of up to 10 days and subletting, in any form, is not allowed.
Are pets allowed? If so, is there a fee?
Yes, pets are welcome here! There is a $300 pet fee and monthly pet rent is $35. Two pets are the maximum number allowed and there are breed restrictions that apply.
Are there building quiet hours or fees for using communal spaces?
There is no fee for use of amenities or common areas. Quiet hours start at 10pm.
Which roommates will be held responsible if we don’t make rent?
All roommates are equally responsible for the rent.
Are utilities included? If so, which ones?
No, utitilities are not included. You will be billed seperately by the utility provider.
What happens when there’s a maintenance problem in the apartment?
Put in a service request online via your resident portal or call in to our office.
What would it take to break the lease?
Lease break fees are usually one month plus your 30 day notice.
